About
Lorenza Cavalli is a visual artist, creator of the Il Sognatore® (The Dreamer®) method and co-founder of Costellazioni Identitarie® (Identity Constellations®), transformative pathways that integrate art, identity alignment, and inner transformation.
Her work stems from a lifelong exploration that began at an early age. Since childhood, she has experienced an expanded state of perception, allowing her to access a space of heightened consciousness. From this dimension emerge both the subjects of her artworks and the foundations of the transformative methods she has developed and now facilitates within the field of personal and spiritual growth.
Art and transformative work draw from the same Source.
Her research unfolds through two distinct yet deeply interconnected languages. Through her artworks, she explores the relationship between matter, time, and light, viewing light as an element of both physical and emotional expansion. Through her transformative pathways, she guides individuals on a journey of self-recognition and self-revelation, where change arises through deep listening and the realignment of one's authentic identity.
Today, her practice exists at the intersection of contemporary art and transformational work, where the image is not merely a representation, but the catalyst for an inner process.
Lorenza Cavalli's artistic research explores the possibility of revealing what lies beyond the visible, bringing the extraordinary out of the ordinary. Through a symbolic and material language, her work becomes a gateway to deeper levels of awareness, while light serves as an element of both physical and emotional expansion. Over time, Lorenza came to recognize that light is the thread running through her entire body of work. It first emerged during her figurative period, dedicated to the motif of the sail—a symbol of faith and forward movement—inspired by the sharp compositions of American Realism and the suspended atmosphere of Metaphysical painting. It evolved through her *Material Abstract* series, where spirit and matter enter into dialogue, became the defining element of the *Points of Light* series, and continues to surface in her reclaimed-material works, where time itself becomes both a medium and an active component of the creative process. Light is not merely a pictorial element, but the visible manifestation of the very Source from which her artworks, insights, and transformational practices emerge. Alongside her artistic career, Lorenza leads individual and group sessions of *Il Sognatore®* ("The Dreamer®") mediumistic mentoring. This work later gave rise to the theoretical framework of the *Costellazioni Identitarie®* ("Identity Constellations®") method, which she conceived and co-founded together with Alessandro Gazzina. The *Identity Constellations®* method is built upon a central insight: for genuine transformation to occur, one must first grant oneself permission to change—and this requires complete inner permission. Every aspect of one's identity must be aligned. Otherwise, even well-being can become destabilizing and unsustainable, giving rise to inner resistance and self-sabotaging patterns. For many years, these two dimensions remained separate. Within the contemporary art world, revealing the full scope of her practice was not always easy. There was a concern that the more introspective and spiritual dimension of her research might be misunderstood or reduced to categories unrelated to her artistic vision. As a result, her artistic practice and her transformational work continued to develop in parallel, even though they both originated from the same Source. Looking back today, Lorenza recognizes that they were never truly two separate paths. Art and personal transformation are simply two different expressions of the same ongoing inquiry. On one side: matter, time, and light. On the other: guiding individuals through a journey of self-recognition and inner alignment. At the center of both lies the same Source. Her experience of expanded consciousness, which began in childhood, is therefore not separate from her artistic practice but its common origin—the place from which her artworks, insights, and transformative methods all emerge. It is the space where, as she often says, *"doubt falls away,"* making it possible for what normally remains invisible to reveal itself. Today, Lorenza Cavalli's practice is no longer divided into separate disciplines, but unfolds as a single movement expressed through different forms: in her artworks, her transformational work, her ongoing exploration of light, and her investigation of the relationship between the visible and the invisible. It is a research that continues to evolve without ever changing its origin, returning each time to the same Source from which everything begins.
