Costellazioni Identitarie
®
Costellazioni Identitarie® emerged from the meeting point between the experience developed through Il Sognatore® and years of research into identity, relationships, and transformation.
Conceived and co-founded by Lorenza Cavalli and Alessandro Andrea Gazzina, the method guides individuals through a process of self-recognition and inner realignment.
At its core lies a simple insight: every meaningful change requires permission. And that permission becomes lasting only when every part of our identity is finally in agreement.
For Lorenza, transformation is not about becoming someone else or adding something new to who we are. It is about restoring what has gradually become fragmented over time.
It is the very same inquiry that runs through her artistic practice.
The difference is that here, the medium is not the canvas. It is ourselves.
As with Il Sognatore®, Costellazioni Identitarie® thus enter the realm of participatory art, whose performative premise does not necessarily require a public dimension. Each session finds its value in the transformative principle at the heart of the method.
Each session, whether individual or group-based, takes shape through what a person chooses to share of their own life and inner experience, bringing it into interaction with the intelligence of the field of resonance. What emerges within the time and space of the experience manifests as a unique, unrepeatable, and unpredictable event.
The use of a shared field of consciousness represents the only point of contact with other systemic methods and techniques. Beyond this, Costellazioni Identitarie® constitute an entirely new and distinct approach, using the relationship with one's own inner components to bring to light what, until that moment, has remained invisible.
The participant is not merely the recipient of the experience, but an active part of the creative process. The work thus coincides with the relational event itself, which takes shape through that specific configuration of people, words, emotions, and resonances, thereby becoming a work that belongs to the realm of participatory and performative art.
