Il Sognatore® is the experience of connecting with the Source that has accompanied Lorenza Cavalli since childhood. Over time, it has evolved into a space of expanded consciousness, where doubt falls away and something simply becomes visible.

Each session begins with the individual's own story and the way they choose to tell it. There are no predefined paths, interpretations to follow, or answers to uncover. Instead, a dialogue gradually opens the way to images, intuitions, and connections that feel deeply familiar to the person receiving them—as though they had always been there—acting like keys that unlock access to something greater.

Lorenza does not like to define it as a method. She prefers to think of it as a threshold: a space of transition where it becomes possible to reconnect with the part of oneself that continues to know, even when the rational mind can no longer see.

The experience of Il Sognatore® is, in fact, a form of participatory art.

While in her artworks color, matter, light, and time come into play, during a session it is the person's life that becomes part of the process: the aspects and events of their personal experience they choose to share, the words they use, the emotions they bring, and whatever emerges within that specific space and at that particular moment.

The ingredients change. The Source remains the same.

Each session, whether individual or collective, thus becomes a unique and unrepeatable event, taking on a participatory and performative dimension: something that happens within that particular window of space and time and cannot be entirely predicted, because it takes shape through the relationship.

Over the years, hundreds of people have experienced this work. Many arrived through word of mouth. Others simply felt that the time was right.

It was from this experience that the theoretical framework for Costellazioni Identitarie® was born, a method conceived and developed together with Alessandro Andrea Gazzina.

Perhaps because every true transformation begins the moment we stop searching outside ourselves and return to listening to the voice within that has never stopped speaking.
